Return Policy All return requests will be handled on an individual basis 1. Tri City Wholesale will allow product returns for a refund, if the item(s) are being returned because of a defect in manufacturing. 2. If the order is being returned because you are not happy with the merchandise, you will be allowed to exchange it for something of equal value. All products are fairly represented in the products description. A restocking fee of 20% may apply if the item(s) are not returned in resellable condition. 3. We are unable to issue a refund for any merchandise that is not returned in the original packaging in resellable condition. 4. All returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
